Adam recently retired from 15 years in professional rugby and has tried many different eating plans and health supplements during his career.
He took on F.I.T. with the hope of dropping body fat percentage, whilst maintaining lean muscle mass. Working in an office environment, Adam had gone from being a very active professional sportsman, to doing very little exercise.
He was keen to reconnect with his healthier lifestyle and regain his focus on fitness after hanging up his rugby boots.
